Tailored Proposals: Due to the bespoke nature of B2B digital services, pricing and deliverables vary based on client specifications. Specific scope, milestones, and deliverables are outlined in writing via project quotes or custom invoices.

Service Line Items: All services rendered—including one-time project setups and monthly recurring retainers (e.g., GMB AI Optimization + Answer Engine Optimization)—are billed as specified on approved invoices.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via third-party merchant platforms (e.g., Stripe). All transactions are processed in USD ($).

Invoicing: Invoices are due upon receipt unless distinct payment terms (e.g., Net 15, Net 30, or milestone-based payments) are explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Monthly Retainers & Subscriptions: Recurring retainer services (such as monthly SEO, hosting, or GMB management) are billed automatically on a recurring monthly cycle.

Cancellation of Retainers: Monthly recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time by providing a 15-day written cancellation notice to support@theexpertlocals.com. Services will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the client retains full ownership of completed visual deliverables, final logo designs, and approved website assets created specifically for the project.

Company Materials: Preliminary drafts, proprietary internal software, unapproved concepts, and working methodologies remain the property of The Expert Locals LLC.

Clients must provide timely access to necessary brand assets, hosting logins, or content required to perform contracted services.

Delays caused by late client approvals or missing assets may extend delivery schedules beyond initial estimated timelines.

Service Warranties: Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we utilize industry-standard practices, search engine algorithms, ad platform policies, and market conditions vary; past results or case study metrics (e.g., ROI or traffic growth) do not constitute a legal guarantee of future outcomes.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Expert Locals LLC’s maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute during the preceding three (3) months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
